URGENT PRESCRIPTION ORDERING INFORMATION

To reduce the risks of spreading Coronavirus for patients and staff we will NOT accept paper prescription requests until further notice.  We do not want patients entering the practice exposing themselves or our staff to risk of infection. You should request your prescription in one of the following ways:-

Via the Patient Access NHS App if you are signed up already

Email us at annandale.mc@nhs.net

You need to decide where we should send your prescription electronically. It can be to any pharmacy. You will not be able to collect your prescription from the Reception desk - please let us know your pharmacy preference.

In some circumstances during this pandemic we will accept telephone requests for those unable to use the alternatives above and who do not have anyone available to help them, but you will still need to have a nominated pharmacy.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Accessible Information

The Accessible Information Standard aims to ensure that people who have a disability, impairment or sensory loss are given information that they can easily read and understand

Please make the reception staff or the Doctors or Nurses aware if you require information in a different format or if you need support. Wherever possible we will provide information in alternative formats such as large print or Braille, or arrange an interpreter for consultations if required.
