URGENT PRESCRIPTION ORDERING INFORMATION

To reduce the risks of spreading Coronavirus for patients and staff we will NOT accept paper prescription requests until further notice.  We do not want patients entering the practice exposing themselves or our staff to risk of infection. You should request your prescription in one of the following ways:-

Via the Patient Access NHS App if you are signed up already

Email us at annandale.mc@nhs.net

You need to decide where we should send your prescription electronically. It can be to any pharmacy. You will not be able to collect your prescription from the Reception desk - please let us know your pharmacy preference.

In some circumstances during this pandemic we will accept telephone requests for those unable to use the alternatives above and who do not have anyone available to help them, but you will still need to have a nominated pharmacy.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Under 5s

CATCH is a free health app aimed at parents and carers of children aged 0-5 who live in Cheshire East which has been launched by the local NHS and Cheshire East Council.

The app aims to give you the confidence to know when your child needs medical treatment or when self-care would be more appropriate.

The app which can also be used by expectant parents, is now available for free on the App Store for iPhones and iPads on the Play Store for Androids and tablets.
